Ordering
You may order online 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Orders will be processed within 24 in most cases. We do not carry a large inventory in order to keep overhead cost down but can get most any product you need within a reasonable amount of time depending upon availability. Frames and specialty items may have longer lead times due to high demand. Products tempory out of stock are automatically shipped when they become available. Back orders over 30 days are verified with the customer prior to shipping.
Pricing and payment options
All ordered parts need to be prepaid either by credit cards of certified funds (money orders). A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all Georgia residents.
Shipping
All parts are shipped by UPS ground delivery. Note that UPS levies an additonal charge for all tire shipped. Oversized products such as bike kits, frames, engines, etc. may have different shippment methods due to size and weight.

Returns
Parts have to be returned within 30 days reciept of order. You first need to contact Sinkhole Customs to obtain a (RMA) number that has to be displayed on return packaging. All packages recieved without this number will be returned to sender unopened. There will be no returns on all specialty items or electrical parts unless first authorized by distributor (e.g. raked frames, gauges). All returns must be new, unused and contain all original hardware, instructions, etc. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless waived in advance.
Waranties
Sinkhole Customs extends all manufactures warranties at discrection to either replace of repair defective items. Sinkhole Customs can not be held liable for anything except replacement or repair of warranted items from manufacture. Sinkhole customs has a limited one year warranty from date of purchase on all "in house" manufactured products against all defects of material or workmanship. Sinkhole Customs assumes no responsiblity for damages or injures which may result from the use or installation of its products. Sinkhole Customs shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the products have be modified by any other person or organization, or whether the products become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenace, improper use, or abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of product. Sinkhole Customs shall not assume any responsibility for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred to due to failure of product. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, as the end use is the responsiblity of the customer. Sinkhole Customs highly recomends test fitting all products prior to any modifications or use. | |
